SALVATION ARMY
CHILDREN’S ANNIVERSARY SERVICES DURING WEEK-END
An event of considerable importance is to take place in Paeroa this coming week-end when Adjutant Sam Smith and Commandant and Mrs Campion of Auckland will visit Paeroa to conduct the children’s anniversary week-end at the Salvation Army Hall, Corbett street.
The young people will take the platform on Sunday afternoon and evening, while on the Monday night, November 20, the annual programme will be rendered.
This promises to be of first-class order with dialogues, action songs, company songs, drills, etc.
The scouts and cubs, who parade at the Army Hall are each contributing an item.
