CLUB HANDICAP MATCH WIN FOR MRS G. GAMBLE. The leading scorers in the Paeroa Ladies’ Golf Club handicap are: Mrs G. Gamble, 6i points; Miss G. Gibb, 41; Miss Poland, 3; Miss Dickson, 2; Miss Worrall, 2-3; Mrs Jones, 2-3; Miss R. Gamble, 1-3. In the L.G.U. medal round played on September 4, Miss R. Dickson returned the best score of 76 net. Other good scores were: Miss Gibb, 77; Mrs Gamble, 77; Mrs Shaw, 79; Miss Walmsley, 80; Miss Gamble, 82; Miss Thorp, 84; Miss Poland, 83. MEN’S MEDAL ROUND DRAW FOR SATURDAY WAITEMATA CUP COMPETITION.
Members of the Paeroa Golf Club will play a medal round, Is entrance, on Saturday, and also the fourth round of the Waitemata Cup. Following is the draw:
