AURORA THEATRE. MANSLAUGHTER. Aquaplane race scenes for the new Paramount melodramatic thriller, “Manslaughter,” which is now on at the Aurora Theatre, were filmed on the open sea, off the location voyage from the California mainland to the island in fast motor launches. Only strong swimmers were allowed to participate in the races, among them Claudette Colbert.
