A’ meeting of those interested in the formation of a branch of the Country Political League on the Plains was held at Kerepeehi on Wednesday j evening last, and attracted a very good attendance. This is the second meeting held for the same purpose, but the first one . was rot the success that had been unanticipated. An executive was elected consisting of Messrs C. W. Schultz, H. F.
