. / WAITAKARURU. At the August meeting of the Waitakaruiu Women’s Institute it was decided that Mesdames McClune and Hayward should be the delegates to attend the annual meeting of the Provincial Fedeijation. • It was also decided that a lending library be started and that an evening be given in the Hall on the 27th instant. ( .An interesting demonstration of electrical appliances was given by the Power Board’s demonstrators, the results of the cooking part of it providing a very enjoyable afternoon tea.
