A Government decree has been issued under which a Council of Ministrs has been, appointed.

The Ministers are as follows: Vice-Premier —M. Laval. Minister of Foreign Affairs —M Baudouin.

Minister of Finance.—M. Boutillier. Minister of Defence —General Weygandi Minister of War—General Colson.

Minister of the Navy—Admiral liarlan.

Minister of Aviation —General Pujo. Minister of Justice—M. Raphael Albert'. Minister of Public Instruction—M. Ernie Mireux. Minister of Youth and Minister for the Family—M. Ybarne Garay. Minister of Agriculture...M. Pierre Caziot. • • Minister of Communications —M. Francois Peitri. Minister for the Colonies —M. Henri Lemery. The Presdent, Marshal Retain, lias full powers as Do national defence. Consequently,.
