GERMAN PLAN FOR PROTECTORATE. ('United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). ZURICH, July 11. Dr. Alfred ilosenberg announces that Germany is. determined to form a protectorate over Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, which in iuture, he said, would not bo allowed to carry on independent foreign policies of their own, but would be placed under German authority.
