COAL SHORTAGE
NO SPEC lAL TRAINS. (l'er Press Association—Copyright) May 21. Until the Railway Department lias caught up with its coal shortage there will be no excursion trains or special trains to races, shows, or similar gatherings. These instructions are definite to all parts of the Dominion. The Department could give no indicatio/i to-day when the embargo would be removed.
