SERIOUS INJURY
TO ROBERT SEYB. A serious accident happened last evening to Mr Robert Seyb, of Kaibinu, who is employed by W. J. Bruce and* Co., electrical engineers. He was chopping wood when his axe handle caught in his clothing, (he is left handed) and the axe struck his right hand, completelysevering all four fingers of that hand about the second joint. The injured man was (taken to Westland Hospital for treatment, where he is progressing as well as can be expected from his very serious injury. ' .
