, REPORT OF DISCONTENT. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received this day at 11.30 a.m.). LONDON, April 26. Mr Geoffrey Shakespeare, Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, replying to an allegation of discontent among the lower deck ratings on the H.M.S. Endeavour since the Endeavour was coinmissioned for service in New Zealand two years ago, said there had been 15 desertions. No complaint had reached the Admiralty regarding the conditions, but he was obtaining a report.
