LEAVING ISTANBUL TO-DAY. (Received this day at 11.0 a.m.). LONDON, September 21. ' I he British Naval Division has been ordered to leave Istanbul immediately instead oi on Friday. It is understood they are carrying out certain tactical exercises'in .the East Mediterranean. Visits to Bulgarian and Roumanian pons have been cancelled.
