The ‘‘Morning Post” reports that a vast oil depot, holding 200,*00 tons of petroleum, will be constructed i:et>. Capetown. It will he of great importance for South Afric-i in the ease of emergency, while Britain’s trade with the East may depend on these snores should Mediterranean communications ever be cut.
