76 FOR ONE TREE HILL (Per Presfc Association —Copyright.; AUCKLAND, July 7. A scheme for erection of 76 Stati houses on part of the Cadman anc Williamson Estates in the One Tre. Hill district, was indicated at a meet i'ng of the Borough Council,, when « plan showing proposed roading anc subdivision of the, area was received from the Director of Housing Construction. The plan was approved, subject ■to minor alterations being made. The Town Clerk reported that there were 63 single and 13 two unit houses shown on the plan. Most of the sections were one-fifth of an acre. The minimum frontage was 50ft for single unit houses, and for two unit dwellings the frontages were as much ns 90ft.
