TEAM’S PLAY COMMENDED From the special correspondent to the United Press Association. (Received this day at 2.10 p.m.) CARDIFF, May 16. Sunday papers are ..again encouragingly kindly in their comment, spying though the batting was quiet, it was thoroughly sound. They express the conviction that the team will make big scores when the batsmen work into form. The match was one of the attractions of Coronation week festivals at Cardiff. It is expected if the weather is fine, which is probable, a big crowd will be present on Whit Monday, which is a holiday throughout Wales. Saturday’s attendance was about three thousand. The team attended a greyhound race meeting on Saturday night and were taken for a drive on Sunday to the picturesqut Porthcawl, a- seaside resort, known as the gem of the Severn Sea.
