A NOVEL SCHEME. (British t Official Wireless.) RUGBY, January 16. There is ■ every sign that the novel scheme, by which depositors are being invited, during the week preeeeding the anniversary of the death; oi King George V., to transfer to the memorial fund the odd shillings and pence in their banking accounts is meeting with success. Many business houses are participating in thtt scheme after the appeal by the pre-* sident of the Association of tha British Chambers of Commerce, * anti in several large enterprises the employees have spontaneously extended the idea to the odd pence in their, pay packets.
