The naval year book reveals the construction or laying down of thirtysix submarines, after conclusion of the Anglo-German naval agreement. The air force after eighteen months official existence has sixteen hundred first-line aeroplanes,, consisting ol forty-five per cent bombers, thirty per cent .fighters, ~and twenty-five per cent observation and general purpose planes, besides a small second fleet of training planes.
