Mr H. W. Lodge resigned his position as secretary, due to his transfer to Groymouth., - ; : : - •

It was decided to accept the resignation with regret and to place on record the Society’s appreciation - of, the efficient manner-in which he discharged liis duties. The president wasrequested to carry, out . the duties of secretary until th© next meeting when an effort would be mad© to fill the vacancy. 7 0-^ It as decided to send a'letter to. Mr J.
