JERUSALEM, November 6
The .British Government’s decision not to suspend Jewish immigration during the Royal Commission enquiry has dismayed the Arabs. A prominent Arab leader declared: Britain has cl earl v not learned the meaning of the Arab strike, of which immigration was the immediate cause. Already there is talk of breaking oil all relations between Arabs and the Government commission, though calmer counsels' may prevail after t e Arab committee meets to-day.
