KIDNAPPERS ARRESTED WASHINGTON, May 8.
Continuing a drive to round up a few remaining kidnappers still -at largo, Air Hoover announced the arrest of Harry Campbell, the reported associate of Ivarpis in the Bremer kidnapping; also of William Mahan, wanted for kidnapping George Weyerhaeuser. Campbell was arrested in Toledo, and Malian in San Francisco. Alahan possessed some seven thousand dollars, some of which was identified as ransom money. >
