S. AFRICA INCREASES SUBSIDY.

Mr Pirow (Minister of Defence) announced the Government is increasing its civil aviation subsidy hy £50,000 yearly, to encourage South Africans to take mi flying, so as to provide as many pilots as possible to assist defence.
