The following reductions in handicap were -made duping the week’.—Miss E. Cooke will play in the Silver Modal division on handicap 18, Mrs Tomlinson 30 to 24, Miss S. Keller 32 to 30. L.G.U. status was gained by Mrs A. Perry, handicap 30, Miss M. Burger handicap 30, Miss A. Thompson handicap 35.

Mahinapua Cup players are reminded the first round is scheduled for Wednesday. (Match play on medal handicap). The first round must be completed before July 24.

A small trophy has been donated for a knock out competition match for those not competing tor either the Championship or Mahinapua Cup. Conditions are similar to those for the Mahinapua Cup (match play ,on medal handicap) but no games must be played on Saturday. The first round will be played on Wednesday and must be completed before July 24. The draw is as follows Mrs Murdoch v. Miss Billie Yarrall, Mrs Cooke v. Mrs McIntyre, Miss S. Keller v. Mrs Tomlinson, Mrs Moore v. Miss Dowell. Byes: Mrs 'Guthrev, Mrs Radford, Mrs Langford,'Miss E; Knight. Miss Potts. Unearned Handicap Division.—The July medal match was won by Mrs R. Ross.
