ARMS SUPPLY
ABYSSINIA’S REQUESTS. LEAGUE CONVOCATION DEMAND. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this day at 2 p.m.) LONDON, July 10. The “Times” Addis Ababa correspondent says an agreement communique expresses no surprise at the Italian attitude at The Hague and says Ethiopia, always desiring a peaceful solution, demanding the immediate convocation of the League Council. Abyssinia has also sent notes to the British, French, and Belgian ministers, hoping it will be no longer necessary to oppose the supply of munitions necessary for the defence of her integrity and independence.
