(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph-Copyright).
(Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 7,
The VSunclay Times” says Germany, in fulfilment of her naval agreement, has communicated to Britain, France, and other powers the details of ships already laid down, and her programme for 1935-6. It is hoped the way is thus paved for pooling the programmes at a general conference on naval strengths.
