AMERICAN STRIKE
ELECTRICAL WORKERS’ DEMAND

TOLEDO (Ohio), June 6
There is a strike of electricians and office workers in five plants of the Toledo Edison Company. It lias compelled some of the largest industries here to shut down ,and lias threatened to paralyse industries in twenty other cities.
The strikers declared that shortly they will make the strike one hundred per cent effective. The electrical workers have asked for a twenty per cent increase in wages.
