CHILDREN KILLED IN ACCIDENT

NAPIER, January 21. George Leslie Toulton, the drive" of the car which crashed over a bridge near Hanmwira on Saturday evening, resulting in the death of his two children, was charged in the Napier Magistrate’s Court to-day with being intoxicated in charge of 'a motor-car and causing their death. ,
He was remanded for a week. An inquest opened for identification purposes was also adjourned for a week.
