BRIGHT CONCERT

CHILDREN’S ENTERTAINMENT

A very large audience was present at the All Saints’ Hall last evening to witness the children’s concert, so successfully produced by Mrs R, Paterson. The programme which was varied and attractive was fully enjoyed by all. The home made sweets stall did brisk business, and the Sunday school fund s will benefit very considerably.

The following items were given, Mrs Klights being a'ccomp^nist: Pianoforte solo, June Armstrong; playette, “Bibi,” Joyce Hewer, Jean ■Park, and Nancy Paterson; “The Little Dutch Mill,” Norma Duncan; dance, June Wilson; “Hush Here Comes the Dream Man,” and “Sleepy Head,” Madelon Robinson and tiny tots;’ cornet solo, D. Christiansen; playette, “Fairy Bells,” J. Park, S. Anditevs, |N. Guthrey, A. DaMies; recitations, M. Robinson; skipping dance. Dawn Hagar; “Piny to Me G|ipsy,” Tessie McMulkn; dance, Shirley Andrews; musical monologue, Violet Ross; A minstrel sikow comprised the second part of the programme, the end men being Eddie Dowell and Jack Stuyirt.
