Sir Jqhn Simon in the Commons, announced that, in addition to Britain and Italy, both the Netherlands and Swedish Governments have now accepted the invitation of the Lelague Council to send contingents to the Saar during the plebiscite. <i Sir Joh n said he hoped the force provided by these four States would be on duty in the Saar before Christmas.
