WORKSOP EXTENDED RETURN. The return for the week of the Worksop Extended Gold Dredging Company Ltd., was 650 z 2dwt for 113 hour’s dredging; 7990 yards were handled. THE DEEP LEAD, LIMITED. At o meeting of directors of the Deep Lead, Ltd., held on Friday, a further interim dividend (No. 2) of one halfpenny a share was declared. The dividend will be paid on Friday, December 14, and the share register ■of the company will be closed on that day. GOLDEN DAWN RETURN. For 12 working days to November 26 from 276 tons'.of ore the return was £852, gold at £7 2s an ounce. GOLDFIELDS RETURN. DUNEDIN, December 7. The secretary of the Goldfields Dredging Company, Ltd., reports that the return for the week ended. December 7 was 25 oz 5 dwt for 124 hours’ dredging. KING SOLOMON. INVERCARGILL, December 7. The return at the King Solomon mine this week was 98oz ldwt. BELL HOOPER. The Bell Hooper Cromwell Gold, Ltd; return for the week ending December 7 was lOoz lOdwt 18grs. TALISMAN DUBBO. The following telegram has been received from Talisman Dubbo to-day: “65 tons treated at the Golden Dawn battery for £361 actual return.” BRIAN BORTJ RETURN. The Brian Boru Gold Dredging Company’s return last week was lOozs 4dwts for 84 hours, 10.500 yards being treated. The short time worked was due to bush fires burning the headline aerial and to bush fires around the transformer.
