O’Leary, had been killed while prospecting in claim at Wataroa rivei. —Keceived, and decided that Committee extend sympathy to relatives. The late Mr O’Leary was at all times considered a fp-rd working prospector, and complied with, all requests promptly. From R. P. Hanrahnn, complaining regarding his mate selling gold and noi> dividing the money.— Received, and decided to advise that it was a matter for civil action. From H. R. Baxter, notifying that Buslier, McFarlane, Bennett and Baxter !iad applied for 400 acres in the Taipo Reservation, also notifying that a water right over Scotty’s Creek had been applied for.—Received, and decided to support the granting of mining privileges. The reports were received as satisfactory. It was moved by the chairman, and supported by Messrs Chester man and Keenan, that in view of the good work by the supervisors during the last year the Unemployment Board he asked to grant a bonus to each of the supervisors employed.
