A FATAL COLLISION.

BLENHEIM, December 10,
John Clifford O’Connor, aged 18, while riding a motor cycle at Mt Pleasant on the Blenheim-Picton highway, collided with a milk cart, driven by A. E : . Pinkham. O’Connor sustained head injuries which resulted in his death within a few minutes. A young woman, Myrtle Curtain, lid ing on the pillion of the motor cycle, escaped i with a few minor cuts, but suffered from shock.
