LAND SALE
IMPORTANT iRAKAIA BLOCK.(Per Press Association.—Copyright.) CHRISTCHURCH, May 3. An important land sale was effected yesterday when Mr J. Connolly, M.P., of Rakaia, disposed of the homestead block of 1300 acres at -Longlea, with the large residence land lawns,'to George Gorris 'and Alex -Leigh, of Fairlie. The price is not disclosed. The land is good for wheat and lamb producing.
