KIDNAPPERS FREE VICTIMS (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright). ST PAUL, February 8. . Bremer (member of a Reich banking family) was freed by kidnappers, after the payment of twenty thousand dollars ranscm. He was beaten' during captivity, and his eyes tagged for twentytwo days. A doctor described his head injuries as serious. Six or seven men arc sough; as the kidnappers, including three who pushed Bremer from a sedan in a residential district at Rockeseter (Minnesota) late last night. The victim’s relatives kept a bargain with the kidnappers to preserve secrecy until Bremer returned. They are now aiding to capture tho gang.
