A CAR BURNED
WOMEN ESCAPE INJURY. NURSE AND HER PATIENT. HAMILTON, January 6. While driving a patient to the Waikato Tospital at 1.15 a.m. to-day, the native district nurse, Miss L. M. Oakden, had an unenviable experience. The car burst into flames about two miles on > the Hamilton side of Huntly and was completely destroyed. ■ The nurse and her patient, a Maori woman,,who had with her a child only a day old, escaped injury.
