DEATH OF WAR, TIME GENERAL. (British Offic'-il Wireless.) RUGBY, November 19. An official wireless message states that Major General Carter, general officer commanding the London district, died on Sunday, in tbe hunting fiield in Wiltshire. He had a heart attack while galloping acrossi a field, and fell dead from his horse. He served throughout 1 the!
