The British Government has requested the French Government to institute a search for Victor Smith, the young airman, who was last seen over Jehba on the Niger on his flight from Capetown to London, ORDER FOR SEARCH TO BE MADE PARIS, November 20. The Ministry of Colonies has ordered the Government forces in Equatorial Africa to; search for Smith.
