UNIFICATION BILL. FOR MUNICIPAL CONTROL. (Australian Presß Association.) SYDNEY, April 30. In the New South Wales Legislative Assembly, tbe Greater Sydney Bill was introduced. The scheme provides for the handing over of the Water and Sewerage Board, the Harbour Trust, | the Transport Trust, the National and other Parks, and all other public utilities, as well as the Sydney City Council, to the Greater Sydney Council. The Greater Sydney Council would be composed of twenty-three aldermen who would represent different wards. The result would be tbe union of the small municipalities and their functions and obligations, covering a huge Suburban area.
