DAIRY SCIENCE CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association). PALMERSTON N., Aug. 12. The second annual conference of the New Zealand Dairy Science Association opened this morning at Massey College, Professor Riddel,, Director ol the Dairy Research Institute, presided. Scientists from various centres have assembled to discuss problems associated with the dairy industry, the principal object being to exchange views on the information following results of research work conducted in different laboratories. The confeience is not open to the press and will continue for three days.
