ADMIRALTY CHANGES. [United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] RUGBY, August 10. The Admiralty lias announced that Vice-Admiral William Kelly is to be Commander-in-Chief of the China Station, in succession to Admiral Sir Airthus Walsitell. The change will he made on December 12 next.

Yice-Admiral W. A. H. Kelly, 0.8., 0.M.G., D.S.O’., commands the First Battle Squadron, and is Second in Command of the Mediterranean Fleet. He entered the Royal Navy in 1886. Admiral Sir Arthur Waistell, K.U 8., has been in command of the China Station since last year. He was Chief of the Naval Staff in 1923 and 1924, and then commanded the First Cruiser Squadron. His age is fifty-seven years.
