MINES TROUBLE, v (Australian Press Association) (Received this day at 8 a.m.) SYDNEY, October 1: A conference of mining unions concluded to-day. The Minister for Labour and Industry (Air Sizer) ’ announced to-day that negotiations had been completed . for th'c sale of tho LynuVirst State station and stock to the Australian Breeders’ Company, Ltd., for £70,000 cash. Lvndhurst station, which is situated in the Etheridge district,, has an area of 1293 square miles. The live stock comprise 13,463 head of Hereford cattle and 548 horses. The .price originally paid for the property 'by the Government was £170,000.
