SUN SPOTS DISTURBANCE. SYDNEY, Feb. 2G,
A magnetic submarine disturbance similar to that experienced recently ocurred in the Indian Ocean yesterday and disorganised the cable services which are only now beginning to get back to normal. The disturbane as the previous one was due to sun spots. SEAAIEN PAID OFF. SYDNEY. Feb. 25. A further development in the dispute between the owners of the coastal vessels anil their seamen is that tho owners have paid off the crews of five steamers, which will be tied up ponding a settlement of the dispute. One steamer, which arrived at a coastal port, where the seamen refused to load cargo unless paid the wharf labourers’ rates, has boon recalled to Sydney to be tied up,
