The Equity Court granted a writ m attachment against Jacob Jnlmnnsen, the assistant -Secretary of the Seamen's Union for alleged contempt of Court. The application was made by TTtoniacs Campbell, ship’s greaser, a member of the original Kordsdalo crew, who asked the issue of the writ as statement by .iohaiinsen that be was not a member of the .Seamens’ Union had prevented I rein obtaining employment.
