At the inquest regarding the death of Charles Silas Kelly, a well-known business man. who was found at his seaside residence at Day’s Bay with Ins throat cut. the evidence went to show that he was in financial difficulties. He left a letter lor his wife, stating thatle was “finishing all.” A verdict was returned that death was due to a selfiniliilcd wound in the throat while in a state of temporary depression.
