St Mary’s Debating Club meet tonight when the evening will be devoted to 15 minute speeches on authors and poets.
Old and new patrons will hear wit-i pleasure that St Mary's Club Rooms will open’ for the 1920 season oil the night of Easter Monday. As usual the evening will be devoted to euchre followed by a choice supper and a long pight's dancing. Hie committee are sparing no effort to make the event a most enjoyable one. Messrs W. Zeigler and AV. O’Brien have kindly donated valuable prizes- for the tournament. The floor will ibe in its usual excellent order and special attention has been given to the music. Tlie present and past popularity of the Club Rooms will be sufficient inducement for all to attend.—Advt.
