APPEAL TO COUNTRY.
A suggested course. OVER MAN POWER PROPOSALS. (Received this day at 12.30 a.m.) , LONDON, December 18. The “Manchester Guardian” believes that the man-power proposals are so drastic, that Government might feel unable to onfore, them without an ap peal to the country. The “Guardian” hint* that the King might prefer to try a reconstruction of the Ministry instead of accepting the advice of a dissolution.
