IJEGE GERMAN (REPORT LONDON December 13. Wireless German official: Lively artillerying between the Brenta and the Piave has been experienced. We captured parts of the enemy position eastward of Monte Solaris. ITALIAN OPERATIONS. (Received This Day at 9.50 a.m.* LONDON, Dec. 19. Italian official.—The enemy launched attacks from the north-east and north against Solarolo salient. Franco-Itali-an artillery broke up the former. A division of German Jaegers carried out! the latter, which failed after a desperate struggle.
