Parsitch’s congratulations, stated that the Sorbo-Greek community of interests was the surest guarantee for fche peace and. prosperity of th© Balkans. Greece had placed in the forefront the faithful execution of her alliance with Serbia and would prove to the civilised world that she was not included amongj the nations holding back the powers of the world.
TURKEY’S ATTITUDE.

Turkey considers that Greece ... by her rupture with the Central Powers has created a state of war and has decided to expel Greeks from the Ottoman Empire and confiscate their property.
