FOUND DROWNED.
AUCKLAND, June 7. John Gregory, aged 79, was found, head downwards, drowned in a water^ hole in tiie Western Springs. He had lived alone in a shanty and had complained of being unwell. He was possessed of property and had a substantial sum in the bank.
