CAPETOWN, May 2. The Premier announced that he intended to re-enact clauses in the Profiteering Act empowering the board to take action "in cases of complaints of manufacturers refusing to supply goods to retailers who sell under fixed prices. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
