DUMPING DUTY.

CAPETOWN, May 2. In the Assembly, the Minister of Finance announced a revision of the tariff proposals, whereby a dumping duty would be imposed not to exceed 25 per cent of the freight. The dumping duty is to be confined to goods •whose- value, including freight, does not exceed £10 per ton.
