ARRANGEMENTS FOR DOMINION. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.', WELLINGTON, Oct. 16. ' The Defence Department is arrang- . ing to create an air force reserve by i posting to it all ex-R.A.F. officers desirous of joining and by giving special opportunities to take refresher courses, to be carried out by arrangement with the New Zealand Aviation Company. The course includes six hours' flying, •for which the company will be paid. £90 for a seaplane _>ilot and £75 for an aeroplane pilot. It is anticipated ' that only ten seaplanes and 24 aeroplane pilots will be dealt with this financial year, making £900 for each company.
